Dr. Hejazifar completed his Gastroenterology training at McMaster University followed by Transplant Hepatology Fellowship at Columbia and Cornell University in New York City. ​Dr. Hejazifar has hospital privileges across all Lakeridge hospitals.

Patients referred for elective outpatient endoscopic procedures are scheduled at Lakeridge Oshawa (LHO), Bowmanville (LHB), Port Perry (LHPP) or Jerry Coughlan Health & Wellness Centre (JCC) based on patients' preference, availability and case complexity.  ​​​​​​​​
