Dr. Hejazifar completed his Gastroenterology training at McMaster University followed by Transplant Hepatology Fellowship at Columbia and Cornell University in New York City. Dr. Hejazifar has hospital privileges across all Lakeridge hospitals.

Patients referred for elective outpatient endoscopic procedures are scheduled at Lakeridge Oshawa (LHO), Bowmanville (LHB) or Port Perry (LHPP) site based on patients' preference, availability and case complexity.
