Entering the Virtual Waiting Room:

  • You may enter the virtual waiting room at any time.

  • Dr. Hejazifar will join the meeting at the time of your scheduled appointment.​

  • Ensure your device's camera and microphone are working properly for the best consultation experience. Please check AHEAD of your appointment

  • YOUR NAME should be visible. Please ensure it not someone else's name if you are using another persons device. you do not need an account to use zoom. You just need the application downloaded on your system

4. How can I check if my camera and microphone are functioning properly?

After launching the Zoom app, navigate to Settings > Video to verify your camera. To test your microphone, go to Settings > Audio and use the “Test Mic” feature.

5. What should I do if I cannot or see the doctor?

Make sure your device’s camera and microphone are enabled. Verify that Zoom has permission to access these features in your device settings. If necessary, restart the Zoom app and rejoin the meeting.

entering the meeting, click “Join Meeting” and fill in your full name in the “Name” field. You can also rename yourself during the meeting by clicking “Participants,” selecting your name, and choosing “Rename.”

9. Can I attend the appointment using my phone instead of a computer?

Yes, you can participate using a smartphone or tablet with the Zoom app installed.
