Click the link provided in your appointment email or text, or use the blue button at the top of this page. This will launch Zoom and place you in the waiting room automatically.

3. When is the best time to enter the virtual waiting room?

You can enter at any time before your scheduled appointment. Dr. Hejazifar will connect with you at the appointed time.

4. What should I do if I get disconnected?

Rejoin the meeting using the original link. If the problem continues, call the front desk at 905-438-3777.

5. Do I need a Zoom account?

No. You can join as a guest using the provided meeting link. You just need the Zoom app downloaded.
