3. Verify Your Identity: To access your secure message, enter your date of birth.

 

4. Review and Download Secure Messages: Thoroughly review the secure message. If any attachments are present, download the files using the “Download” button before proceeding.

 

5. Complete Forms and Submit Responses: Once you have reviewed the secure message, proceed to complete any forms. If there are no forms, you may close the window.

 

Upon completing the forms, your responses will be automatically transmitted to your patient record for the healthcare provider’s review.
